Pole Fitness is an great way to get fit and have fun. A combination of gymnastic moves, aerobic exercise and body toning the average Pole Fitness workout can burn more calories than a session in the gym.
We run 7 pole classes a week, 2 flexibility classes and 2 practise sessions, for all levels of fitness and ability. The classes are based in our 6-pole studio in Woodlands Office Park, Southern Cross Road, Bray. Click on our classes page for more information. Private, Group & Individual tuition with any one of our instructors is also available.
