General Pole Fitness/Dance
We offer classes 6 days a week catering for all levels from Beginners through to Advanced. We also run flexibility classes three times a week and twice weekly practise sessions which give you a chance to work on moves you have learnt during classes.
Slow and Slinky
We offer a weekly “Slow and Slinky” class with Katherine White, winner of The All Ireland Pole Dancing Championships 2011 and The Irish Pole Fitness and Dance Championships 2012 which concentrates on the dance aspect of Pole.
We currently offer two price plans €60 for a 6 week term or €50 for a monthly pass (runs from 1st day to last day of the calendar month) and offers unlimited access to all classes appropriate to your level, flexibility classes and practise sessions. Does not include Katherine’s Slow & Slinky class which is reasonably priced at only €5 for those on the monthly payment plan or €10 for anyone else
